Learning how to email to fax is pretty easy, and the best part of the whole process is that you don’t need to worry about the technical details, since they can be taken care of by your preferred fax to email software or service.
The first step is to choose your fax to email option and make sure to set it up correctly, linking it to your desired email account. After all is set up right (this varies according to each application and service), you compose you email message to be sent to fax.
First you enter in the recipient’s field the number as required. In the case of Internet fax services it goes something like this faxnumber@faxservice.com. Then on the message field, you type anything you want to send as a cover page. Some applications offer a cover page editor that will make this step easier.
Now, is time to actually attach the document you want to send to the email message. This is done the same way you attach any file to your emails. After the document is attached, just press send, and your email attachment will be converted to a fax, being able to be received by machines and computer alike.
