Getting Faxes Sent to Email

If you want your faxes sent to your email, you just need to link your two accounts. This can be easily done with an application that integrates fax to Outlook or thanks to a service that you link to your email account via a Web dashboard.

When any fax arrives the number given to you by a service, they immediately get converted to the file of your choice – usually a PDF – this takes place in the company’s fax server, and the incoming fax is then forwarded to your email account. Just like sending a fax, the incoming documents will arrive as an attachment and you can open them to browse them on Adobe Acrobat or Word if you desire to receive them as docs.
